The traditional Easter colomba is an inevitable addition to most Easter tables in Italy and comes in the shape of a dove, a symbol of purity and peace. It’s a soft and fragrant cake to be enjoyed with family, or whenever you fancy!

A product made entirely by hand
We only use fresh ingredients of the highest quality, which our master pastry chef turns into exquisite hand-made goods that are unique in both flavour and appearance.

Shelf-life: 40 days – in production from the end of February, with deliveries commencing on 5 March 2020.

For maximum enjoyment, place your colomba near a heat source for 10 to 15 minutes. For special occasions, enjoy your traditional colomba with a sweet wine or a white-wine passito. We recommend a Moscato d’Asti!

Ingredients

Wheat flourbutter, candied orange peel, sugar, free-range egg yolkmother yeast, orange paste, acacia honey, salt, malt, vanilla.
Icing: sugar, egg whitealmonds, corn flour, wheat flour, vegetable fibres, cocoa

Made in a kitchen that handles cereals, eggs, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts and sesame seeds.

We bake our goods in small batches, and orders are processed taking this into account. As such, you will receive your products within a maximum of 7 working days after placing your order.

This is because our hand-made goods, which are free from preservatives, are baked fresh so that you can enjoy them at their very best, and also because they take two to three days to make!

Shipping costs vary from a minimum of €7 to a maximum of €15 and are calculated automatically by the system when placing your order, depending on the total weight of the items ordered and/or the destination postcode.

Shipping is free of charge for orders over €180.
